What you Won't Hear in the Media (about Iraq)

Great work from FrontPage Magazine's Steve Schippert. Turns out "the surge" just may be working.

Question: Why is the media ignoring the hard evidence that Iran financially supports Iraqi-militant violence?

China Giving Us Deathly Junk

Everyone jokes about buying cheap stuff from China, but our penchant for saving some cash may end up hurting our children. An article in the New York Times alerts us to the problem of importing unregulated chemicals from countries such as China and filling them into our children's cough medicine. What we need is not more FDA involvement, we need an independent oversight company whose sole job is to test these imported products to ensure they are what they say they are. Products that pass could bear a symbol on the product so that consumers can choose safety when making a purchase, a feature to be of greater importance as these episodes are sure to occur more frequently. If testing gets too expensive for companies, well, maybe they should consider making some of these chemicals themselves instead of buying them from China.

China's record with its abortion policies, especially its forced abortion raids, are reason enough to end our unhealthy dependence on trade deficits with this draconian country. Read what happens to those in China who violate the one child rule.

Sodom, Gomorrah, Philadelphia, Massachussetts.....

Philadelphia has become a town I refuse to set foot in. The tentacles of the homosexual movement are long and strong in Massachussetts, as well. Beware, this kind of garbage is coming to a city (or kindergarden) near you.

"To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger." Romans 2: 7,8

For Whom to Pray

While many of our American churches are busy attempting to thwart God's word by preaching Darwin from the pulpit for their aptly named "Evolution Sunday", Christians in Turkey are facing a horrific persecution by Muslim terrorists.

Today is our National Day of Prayer and I suggest we humble ourselves before God and ask forgiveness for our part in the evil growing within our own country. Let us also remember the plight of those around the world enduring torture, imprisonment and death for the sake of Christ, especially the families of those killed recently in Turkey. God's judgment is real and coming soon.
