CPC's need more Ultrasounds, but not from Taxpayers

I agree about the need for more ultrasounds in crisis pregnancy centers, but I disagree with the bill before Congress that would give grants to CPCs for that purpose. The Constitution gives the federal government no such power to dole out federally collected taxes for such a purpose.

I think CPC's should continue to receive ultrasounds from private organizations and non-profit missions like the one successfully run by a division of Focus on the Family.
